Make sure your browser allows microphone access. In Chrome, click the lock icon in the address bar and set Microphone to "Allow". Then refresh the page and try again. If the problem continues, open Larissa in text mode instead.
I can't log into the student portal +
Visit the Student Dashboard and use the "Forgot Password" link. If your account was newly created, allow up to 5 minutes for email activation. Still locked out? Ask Larissa and she'll connect you with a staff member.
I registered for food but haven't heard back +
Food registrations are confirmed within 24�48 hours. Check the email or phone number you provided. If it has been longer than 48 hours, re-check your registration or contact Larissa for a status update.
The classroom video won't load +
First, try refreshing your browser. If that doesn't work, switch to a different browser (Chrome or Firefox work best). Make sure your internet connection is stable. You can also access your class through Live Classroom directly or ask Larissa to re-send the class link.
My certificate isn't showing up +
Certificates are generated within 24 hours of completing a course. Go to your Certificates page and refresh. If the certificate is still missing after 24 hours, contact Larissa with your student name and the course name.
A form on the site isn't submitting +
Check that all required fields are filled in. Some forms require a valid email address in the correct format (e.g., name@email.com). Try clearing your browser cache and reloading. If you see an error message, take a screenshot and send it to Larissa.
The site isn't showing in my language +
Use the language selector in the top-right corner of most pages. Larissa also speaks over 254 languages and can assist you in your preferred language. Visit the Language Access page to see all available options.
