What happens once you're offered a TechFix position

TechFix Onboarding Process

Estimated total onboarding time: 5�10 business days after offer letter

Step 1 � Application Submitted
Your TechFix expression of interest is on file. Profile and certificates sent to recruiter panel.

Step 2 � Complete Training & Assessment
Finish IT Fundamentals certificate (67% done). Then complete the 30-minute TechFix online assessment.

Step 3 � TechFix Interview (Virtual)
A 30-minute video call with a TechFix recruiter. Covers your background, availability, and role preferences. Larissa will help you prepare. No prior work experience required.

Step 4 � Offer Letter & Contract Signing
Receive a digital offer letter from TechFix or an employer partner. Review terms carefully. Contracts are project-based, part-time, or permanent depending on the role.

Step 5 � Equipment & System Setup
For remote roles: TechFix provides a laptop loan programme. For in-person: location and shift details confirmed. IT credentials issued on Day 1.

Step 6 � First Day Orientation
Virtual or in-person team orientation. Larissa assists with workflow, tools, and first-week tasks. Mentor assigned for first 30 days.
